Policies & Agreements

1. Parties

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Quick Key Rental ("Company") and the individual identified at the time of booking ("Renter"). By completing a reservation you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Eligible Renters

• —Renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license.
• —Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young-driver surcharge.
• —An international driver's permit is required for licenses issued outside the United States.
• —Renter must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card at pickup.

3. Reservation & Payment

• —Full payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe secure checkout.
• —Rates are quoted in USD and include standard mileage allowances unless otherwise stated.
• —A security deposit may be held on the Renter's card at pickup and released within 5–7 business days after return.
• —Prices are subject to applicable Florida state and local taxes and fees.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• —72+ hours before pickup: Full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• —24–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
• —Less than 24 hours / no-show: No refund.
• —Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Vehicle Use

• —The vehicle may only be operated by the Renter and any additional drivers listed at booking.
• —Off-road, racing, or any illegal use is strictly prohibited.
• —Smoking and vaping inside the vehicle is not permitted.
• —The vehicle must not be driven outside the continental United States without written consent.
• —Renter is responsible for all tolls, parking fines, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling fee of $10.00 per gallon plus a $30 service charge will be applied.

7. Mileage

Each rental includes 200 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at $0.25 per mile and billed at the end of the rental period.

8. Late Returns

Vehicles returned more than one hour past the agreed return time will be charged an additional full day's rental rate. Renter must notify Quick Key Rental as soon as possible if a late return is anticipated.

9. Accidents & Damage

• —Renter must report any accident, theft, or damage to Quick Key Rental and local authorities immediately.
• —Renter is liable for all damage to the vehicle not covered by an accepted LDW or personal insurance.
• —Renter must not admit fault or make any settlement offers at the scene of an accident.

10. Roadside Assistance

Basic roadside assistance is included. Contact us at (786) 241-8951 for flat tires, lockouts, or mechanical issues. Costs resulting from driver negligence (e.g., running out of fuel, keys locked inside) will be charged to the Renter.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
